The Men's Ministry at Cedar Grove exists foremost to glorify God. We set out to do this by fostering community with one another, and by His grace, to glorify Him in living that out in our daily lives.
~All nations whom You have made shall come and worship before You, O Lord,
And they shall glorify Your name.~
We gather for a Men's Breakfast every 3rd Saturday with a meal, devotion, prayer time and then small projects around the church, community and a couple mission projects in the state every year.
Live For One Another
Romans 15:7 - Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us to the glory of God.
Instruct One Another
Romans 15:14 - And concerning you, my brethren, I myself also am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able also to admonish one another.
Colossians 3:16 - Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
Serve One Another
Galatians 5:13-15 - 13 For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. 14 For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 15 But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another.
Bear One Another's Burdens
Galatians 6:2 - Bear one another’s burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.
Forgive One Another
Ephesians 4:32 - Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.
Submit To One Another
Ephesians 5:21 - and be subject to one another in the fear of Christ.
Encourage One Another
1Thessalonians 5:11 - Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing.
Stir Up One Another
Hebrews 10:24 - and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds
Pray For One Another
James 5:16 - Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.
